【丰聚设计】2024北京国际设计週 黄翊峰典雅设计递现东方美学！
2024北京国际设计週承袭历年惯例，与十二‧间公益设计展携手策画活动，特邀请丰聚设计执行总监黄翊峰以及其他十一名杰出设计师共同参展，于金隅龙顺成文化创意产业园举办为期一个月（9月20日～10月19日）的实景空间长期展览。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 2024北京国际设计週承袭历年惯例，与十二‧间公益设计展携手策画活动，特邀请丰聚设计执行总监黄翊峰以及其他十一名杰出设计师共同参展，于金隅龙顺成文化创意产业园举办为期一个月（9月20日～10月19日）的实景空间长期展览。 设计为民生 东方唯美景緻融入日常 「设计源自于生活」，为现代室内设计的趋势，此次十二‧间公益设计展以参展设计师的独特美感，希望将「设计为民生」的美学精神融入至生活的大小事物裡，进而达到提升大众生活品质的目的。本年度，主办方便以「东方美学融入现代生活」为核心，结合室内设计与富含古朴气息的传统家具，展出十二个将创新美学汇入日常、逸散古典美韵的居住空间。
▲丰聚设计执行总监黄翊峰为此次展览创作之茶室实景，饱含放鬆温润的自然气息。 一心一境 尽展东方哲学 黄翊峰总监以「优美茶室」为本次活动描绘契合此次展览的主轴作品。整体场景以「圆」为发想根源，藉由圆弧壁面包覆典雅的中式圆形茶叶柜，彰显东方哲学中「完美、和谐」的圆满意象；场域中央摆置的暗色木质家具，和窗畔一株生机茁壮的绿意植栽相应，两者皆于户外天光的烘衬下，模煳空间内外的界线，营造浸身自然怀抱中、宁静悠远的写意情境，成就凝鍊现代设计与茶道精神的深邃之作。

【峥嵘设计 廖峥、廖嵘】木白轻点灰韵 巧赋质感新格
诺贝尔和平奖得主艾伯特・史怀哲，曾说过：「音乐和猫，可以为悲惨的生活带来慰藉。」这么说或许有些夸饰，但对于一屋三猫和拥有乐器收藏的屋主来说，或许确实如此。本案以「和猫共生」及「贴近生活」为主旨，在动线规划与机能配置上，皆围绕此核心，企求打造一处久居舒适、贴心顺手的温馨暖居。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 诺贝尔和平奖得主艾伯特・史怀哲，曾说过：「音乐和猫，可以为悲惨的生活带来慰藉。」这么说或许有些夸饰，但对于一屋三猫和拥有乐器收藏的屋主来说，或许确实如此。本案以「和猫共生」及「贴近生活」为主旨，在动线规划与机能配置上，皆围绕此核心，企求打造一处久居舒适、贴心顺手的温馨暖居。 峥嵘设计 廖峥 廖嵘 设计师 将65坪的中古别墅重整翻新，活化空间利用率和机能性，让场域能因应需求弹性调整，呈现个性化家居。为喜爱简约调性的屋主，选以木质原调和水泥灰立面与软装搭配，让家屋围绕在自然静谧的氛围里，放眼望去都是喜爱的人事物，把生活过成喜欢的样子。 "There are two means of refuge from the miseries of life: music and cats. " - Albert Schweitzer, awarded with Nobel Peace Prize. The saying may be slightly exaggerated, but it could be valid for the homeowner with three pet cats and plentiful musical instrument collections. The project primarily focused on "cat-friendly" and "tailor-made for the personal lifestyle" based on functional and moving flow planning. Ultimately, we contributed a time-proofing and warmhearted home. C.J.HOUSE DESIGN designers Cheng Liao and Jung Liao renovated the 215-square-metered pre-owned house and elevated its space usage efficiency and functionality to address various requirements plus present personalities. We adopted pristine wood textures and cement surfaces to meet the homeowner's preferences in a minimalist trend. The grayish facade matches the comfy furnishings, rendering a natural and tranquil ambiance. Everything in the homeowner's eyes is beloved, and life is pleasurable. 设计手法 Design Techniques 与猫共生 形构居家端景 Cat-friendly Living & Dreamy Accent View 考虑家中有三只猫咪，屋主希望能充分满足他们的生理及娱乐需求，于是从选材配色到动线规划，尽显其对宠物的爱护和细心照顾。公领域选用超耐磨地坪及防猫抓片帘，加强空间使用的耐久性，并在客餐厅过道处，量身打造「猫咪天空步道」，以悬吊式设计使视觉上看来彷佛漂浮在空中，并搭配温润木纹色系，创造自然舒适感受，形构一幅居家的温馨端景。 We made great efforts to dedicate plentiful love and care to color palettes and even moving flow plans since the homeowner hoped to satisfy the three pet cats' demands of activity and physical needs. The wood laminated flooring and pet-proof vertical blinds in public spaces enhance the furnishing resistance. Besides, we built a custom cat wall between the living room and dining room. The wall-mounted and suspended designs look like they are floating in the air, and the wood tone highlights a warm accent view, delivering a natural touch. 贴近生活 打造个性空间 Tailor-Made Space with Distinctive Personalities 在洽谈过程中，了解到屋主喜于简约质感的无印风格，于是避免过多缀饰，仅透过清浅木纹搭配水泥漆料与部分留白，营造简静的居家氛围。我们将更多心力放在采光规划，客厅援引户外充足日光，并因应不同情境需求，配置相应光源；餐区一侧运用片帘，确保足够光线，亦隐约流露日式风味。私领域中因着屋主对音乐的爱好与平日休闲娱乐需求，因此划设琴房与视听室，满足下班后卸下疲惫身心的休憩时刻。 We learned about the homeowner's favorite minimalist style through intensive communication. The light wood tone matches cement wall paint with partial negative space, creating a tranquil living aura and preventing redundant adornments. At the same time, we put more emphasis on lighting designs. We invite ample daylight into the living room and install respective electric light fixtures according to the needs of different situations. The vertical blinds on the side of the dining space adjust adequate light and signify inconspicuous Japanese charm. We curated a music room and multi-purpose room to pamper the tiredness from work through relaxing recreation and a love for music. 节能减碳 创造环境永续 Eco-friendly Approaches & Environment Sustainability 本案在一楼餐厨空间与二楼主卧室，皆采用拉门设计划分区域，缩小空调范围，以达到较佳的冷房效果，创造冬暖夏凉的节电空间。在材料选择上，亦优先选用可持续建材和环保装饰材料，并免费提供业主木建材除醛服务，降低甲醛对健康的危害。我们希望在空间装修上建立良善循环，兼顾空间美学与环境友善，透过设计为地球永续尽一份心力。 Sliding door arrangements on the 1st-floor kitchen with dining area and the 2nd-floor master bedroom enhance to narrow down the range of air conditioning efficiency and power saving. In addition, we selected reusable building materials and Eco-friendly decorative elements. Service of removal of VOC and formaldehyde is also provided for free, reducing health hazards. We aim to fulfill an excellent circulation in aesthetics and environmental protection.
车库 Garage 考虑屋外另有斜坡可通往玄关，因此决定拆除原有楼梯，改安装电梯做为上下层的通行方式，以此扩增B1与1F空间，并满足两部车的停放需求。楼梯口封板后所腾出的立面，划设落尘区、污衣柜与穿鞋椅；系统柜门板采斜切角设计，不仅方便开取，更增加鞋柜透气性。 呼应屋主文青质调，披覆大面文化石砖墙，其纹理层次尽显个性氛围。选用深色超耐磨地坪，做为进出车库的地面材质，为梯厅视觉带来稳定感，亦方便后续清洁保养。我们希望在发挥坪效之余，兼具美观与实用性，打造一处进出家门时别具仪式感的多功能区域。 We decided to install elevator access upstairs instead of the existing stairs because of a slope headed to the main entrance. Therefore, we adopted the basement space to accommodate two car parking. Besides, we renovated the vacated footprints into a mudroom with a coat cabinet and shoe benches. Plus, the cutout finger pull design of the cabinet enhances the frequent use and ventilation. The full range of culture stone wall finishes permeates a layering texture and subtlety reveals the homeowner's hipster character. Dark laminated wood flooring yields a stable feel and benefits from easy maintenance in the hallway. We expected to achieve the most space usage efficiency and build a stylish and multi-functional area in aesthetics.
客厅 Living Room 因着屋主偏好简洁自然调性，选以木质纹理与浅灰漆料，收敛出无印风格的简约美感。在奠定基底后，着手机能配置，以「与毛孩共生」的概念为主轴，沿着客厅做环状设计，整合墙面与天花板，发展出「猫天空步道」，满足猫咪喜欢居高临下的活动习性，让他们能在空间中自由穿梭，且不会影响屋主进出客、餐厅的动线，同时成为居家独特的艺术端景。 得益于大面开窗优势，尽可能减少空间阻隔，仅配置少许光源，运用材料特性、深浅色调与线条设计，凸显光影变化带来的视觉层次。天花板采木纹斜面贴皮，搭配LED隐藏灯，洒落一抹温润氛围。窗边卧榻及沙发后方平台，嵌入铝条灯做为空间导引作用，兼顾夜间行走时的安全考虑，柔和光氛也为室内营造出疗愈感。沙发背墙吊柜以格栅造型门板，透过日光蕴生光影渐变，搭佐两盏圆壁灯，形构出日式简约意象。 Wood textured elements and light gray wall paint outline a pristine minimalism that signifies the homeowner's favorite natural aura. Based on the primary scheme, we implement a cat-friendly home, furnishing the living room with circular catwalks that integrate the ceiling and walls. The cat wall design accommodates the cats moving and perching at high places, striking a balance with human inhabitants. Furthermore, it reveals a notable accent view in the living room. We eliminated spatial barriers and took advantage of large windows to invite ample natural light. Minimum lighting arrangements, distinctive materials, contrast shades, and various linear designs deliver gorgeous glow layering effects. Wooden paneled angled tray ceiling with coves LED light brings a warm touch. Elegant aluminum strip lights along the window bench and raised flooring space create a soothing ambiance and serve as a walking guide for night safety. In addition, the wall-mounted cabinet grid doors coordinate with the global sconces to set off light and shades in a Japanese minimalist trend.
餐厨空间 Kitchen & Dining Room Combo 因应屋主经常性开伙，在厨房和餐厅之间，配置弹性玻璃拉门；烹饪时可阖上，避免猫咪靠近及油烟逸散至屋内，不使用时可敞开，满足亲友聚会需求。我们在流理台上方嵌入铝条灯，确保充足照明，并将电器柜延伸出吧台，增设洗手槽，提供宽敞顺畅的区域动线，同时兼顾备料的便利性。吧台外侧另设置高脚椅，做为平时简便用餐与阅读休憩的空间，整体餐区设计考虑屋主餐食习惯与后续清洁维护等实用性质，希望让其使用起来更顺手且贴近日常。 To respond to the frequent cooking habit, we installed a movable glass partition enclosed to prevent from the cats and cooking fumes emitting and keep it open to satisfy recreation requirements. Additionally, the under-cabinet lighting provides adequate illumination, and the sink on the bar extended from the appliance cabinet enhances a spacious prep countertop and a convenient moving path. The breakfast bar with high stools allows a quick meal or serves a sitting area. We perfected the functions of kitchen and dining space as easy-maintained and meeting homeowners' daily needs.
主卧 Master Bedroom 主卧回归纯粹休憩机能，以屋主喜爱的轻工业风定调，使用斯曼特漆于床头背墙，创造清水模质感，并搭配黑色铁件元素，运用在床头吊灯、拉门、化妆镜等，形塑水泥冷调氛围。另因主卧邻近车道且坐拥大片落地窗，屋主希望能加强遮旋光性和隔音效果，因此格局配置上将更衣室与化妆间向外推，透过拉门和窗帘，降低日照影响和室外声响干扰，使获得舒适静谧的睡眠氛围。 In a concrete style, cement textured paint finished the bed head wall, imitating fair-faced concrete coating, coheres with black iron elements from the pendant lights, sliding door, and mirror to deliver the homeowner's favorite loft style and settle the restful zone. Considering the large French window and the location next to the driveway, we configured the walk-in closet and dressing room in front of the window to enhance soundproofing and shading. Therefore, the sliding door and curtains render a comfy and tranquil sleep zone, blocking daylight and exterior noise.
琴房 Music Room 为满足热爱音乐的屋主及多样乐器收纳需求，规划一处琴房，进行相应的客制化设计，为其订制收放吉他与周边器材的系统柜，除有效保存以外也具展示效果，让乐器成为个性化摆件。另考虑行进动线，钢琴和吉他的摆放位置也做了适切考虑，确保取用的方便性及演奏时的舒适度，搭造一处安放身心的天地。 It is an exclusive space incorporating multiple musical instruments, contributing to the homeowner as a music enthusiast. Custom modular cabinet curation provides a trendy display and organization for guitars and accessories. In addition, the piano and guitar arrangements allow convenience and openness in a pleasant, dedicated space.
视听室 Multi-purpose Room 为兼顾日常需求，将休憩娱乐与阅读工作两种机能，结合成为多功能视听室。运用充分自然光，将靠窗一侧规划为阅读区，并配置风琴帘，可依据需求弹性调节光线，创造出不同氛围。我们在居中位置建构一面半墙，巧妙分隔区域性质，保证了各自活动的独立性，并为其订制开放与封闭兼具的展示收纳柜，以便储放文件、书籍、游戏器材等，保持空间整洁有序，享有舒适且直觉的视听体验。 The multi-purpose room serves as a recreation space and a home office space. We planned the window side as a reading nook with honeycomb shades that allow flexible lighting and various vibes. In addition, a half wall divides the room into two sections separately. 【艺喆设计 彭俊中】杯盏新酿粹艺 细品悠香丰淳
琥珀色酒液渐升，白银色冰块轻摇，醇厚的酒香萦绕每处角落……当吊灯逐盏暗去，高挑的纯黑天壁托起灯泡的星点，整个空间彷彿邀请人们静下繁忙的生活，在迷人夜幕下斟一杯精酿美酒、赏一片璀璨星空。人生如此，夫復何求。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 琥珀色酒液渐升，白银色冰块轻摇，醇厚的酒香萦绕每处角落……当吊灯逐盏暗去，高挑的纯黑天壁托起灯泡的星点，整个空间彷彿邀请人们静下繁忙的生活，在迷人夜幕下斟一杯精酿美酒、赏一片璀璨星空。人生如此，夫復何求。 呼应场域贩售酒类的业务，艺喆设计 彭俊中 设计总监 透过堆叠颜色相异的方形木支架，营造浮冰美酒的意象，并一改过往酒业色彩纷呈的印象，以简约黑白搭配温润木质，为对比美感增添一抹暖意，构筑出自在悠閒的选酒商空，让每位访客因酒微醺之际，更心醉于空间之美。 Pour some amber liquor with crystal ice cubes, and let the rich scent brim into each corner. As the pendant light turns low, the starry glitter against the murky ceiling invites people to leave their hectic lives and drink under the mesmerizing night sky. Yì Zhe Design's design director PENG CHUN CHUNG used layering various colored cube frames to deliver an image of liquor with floating ice, presenting the liquor retail business. Black and white as dominant color schemes match a warm timber tone to feature contrasting interest with a balmy touch. Respectively, we contributed to a cozy business space for the customers indulging in the view more than alcohol. 设计手法 Design Techniques 星夜美酒 灯光创想 Stunning lighting Design Complements a Starry Night Sky 场域周遭运用玫瑰金、金、银三色的木支架堆叠于上方，呈现渐层酒液与浮冰的概念，令人迅速理解商空性质，创造具气度的深刻特色，同时代表美酒需经过时间堆砌，方能酿出美好滋味，而架内装设众多小巧灯泡，结合吊灯和展示柜内的线灯，替挑高空间提供充足亮度，也可依据需求分别调控照明，营造犹如夜半星空的情境，彻底放鬆访客身心。 Distinguished rose gold and silver cube frames above the entire space. The gradient color palettes reveal an image of ice floating on the liquor and then identify the aim of the business space. The imposing creativity presents that fine liquor is processed through distilling over time. Furthermore, the adequate lighting design with dimmers incorporating small light bulbs in the frames, pendant lights, and under-shelf linear lighting renders a starry night sky to the customers. 回形动线 多样机能 O-Shape Moving Flow & Diverse Functional Spaces 本案将柜台、长桌和沙发组配置于场域中央，规划弧形环绕四周的酒类展示柜，打造流畅选购的回形动线，并将柜台高度调低，便于服务人员随时注意客人情况；中央长桌兼有品酒及餐叙功能，搭配投影幕可转为会议空间，供人商谈使用，最深处的沙发区则适合小憩饮酒，或与酒师、三五好友交流知识心得，洋溢沙龙般的閒适氛围。 We arranged the reception desk, a long table, and seating furniture in the center, surrounded by display shelving to shape a smooth traffic pattern for shopping. A low counter enhances the attendant staff's work in response to good customer service. The lounge section provides tasting and dining functions and a conference room with a projector and screen. Additionally, you can share experience and knowledge with sommeliers and friends in the seating area at the end, enjoying a salon-like ambiance. 绿意建材 品牌理念 Green Building Materials & Brand Concept Achievement 将写意环境视为良好交际的基础，我们规划敞亮的开放式空间，予人随兴选购的自由度和归家般的亲切感，期许员工、酒师和访客都能在此轻鬆交谈，享受交流共同兴趣的喜悦，展现「注重人们互动」的品牌理念，且全区展示柜皆以F1低甲醛建材製成，搭配易拆装的系统柜，方便未来搬迁时使用。 We create a delectable space to enhance business communications, allowing a homecoming feel and free shopping. Additionally, we exploit F1-graded low-formaldehyde materials to set up all display shelving, and the removable modular furniture facilitates relocation in the future.
外观 Exterior Facade 跳脱传统酒业的严肃感受，建物外规划两处草坪，形塑家中庭院般的风景，予人亲切温馨感，门面选用茶镜与玻璃，并将金框延伸至招牌上，共创大气的第一印象，正斜相间的木方格则呼应内部主题，同时增添趣味性。 Differing from the old-fashioned solemn ambiance of liquor shops, we planned a front yard landscape with lawns to deliver a welcoming feel. A golden-trimmed tinted glass and mirrored facade coordinate with the stunning signage, presenting dignified scenery at first glance. Upright or slanting cube frames complement vivid interest and harmonize with the interior design.
柜台 Reception Desk 柜台设计为八角形以呼应弧形动线，并选用黑金石檯面搭配木质线板柜面，调和冰冷坚实与柔润暖意，而石材易养护、耐酒精的特性也提升员工整理的便利性。 The octagonal shape coheres to smooth, rounded traffic flows. The sparkling black quartz countertop and wood moldings surface mix and match solid and warm textures. Besides, the stone countertop benefits make the staff enjoy minimal maintenance work because of its durable nature and chemical resistance.
品酒区 Tasting Lounge 品酒长桌延续柜台的玄色石材，上方悬挂一列同色的工业风吊灯营造仪式感，圆形灯具则在东方美学中具团聚意涵，表现对相聚时光的珍重。 A long table expands the dark stone appeal of the reception desk. The array of industrial pendant lights delivers a sense of ritual. Simultaneously, we emphasize gathering times with the circular pattern that reveals a metaphor for homecoming in Chinese culture.
贩售区、交谈区 Display Zone 贩售区设置一座铁件木片共组的穿透屏风，凸显市场上的着名品牌，地坪透过大理石纹PVC地砖和木纹砖区隔前后，并以弧形过渡交界处，引导客人深入场域；交流区设有L型沙发和单人椅，同时提供多组顾客不同座位，也营造慵懒放鬆氛围。 First, we built a transparent partition shelf with metal and timber, displaying all kinds of fine liquor on the market. Then, the marble flooring and wood tiles form different areas along a curved boundary to cater to the customers. The project distinctively reveals the professional brand and eco-friendly approaches. The business operator targets youngsters, families, and people who care about fashion trends as their significant customers. They aspire to invite customers with a modern and sophisticated business space. Therefore, the designer adopted diagonal elements to match white and wood tones, staging the interior beneath the linear lighting. Besides, each area facilitates different service processes with various lighting fixtures, while under-stair storage contributes to an easy and convenient space for the staff and customers. Characteristic designs lay from the entrance and along the sleek accent wall. Linear ceiling lighting slimly streams from the door to the stairs. Mirrors and gloss tiles make reflective diagonal images in various sizes against the slim light. The interior comprehensively organizes color blocks, illumination, and reflective sheen, presenting a minimalist and layering hair salon. 设计手法 Design Techniques 斜角镜射层次 实用选材 Reflection Layering & Functional Materials 本案以素淨纯白与暖意木质为基调，将斜角、斜线元素融入色块、灯光、美髮镜框和柜体造型等处，偕同盏盏灿金吊灯、壁灯，与髮廊中的镜面和抛光地坪共组万花筒般的视觉感受，让简约装饰达到最多变的效果，同时，壁面选用易养护的喷漆和壁纸，利于员工每日整理环境，兼顾美观及实用性。 The pure white color shade and warm wood tone work as the keynote of the project. Golden light fixtures coordinate with mirrors and glossy flooring to create a kaleidoscope vision, using diagonal elements combined with color blocks, lighting curations, mirrors, and cabinet shapes. It is perfect for maximizing transforming effects from minimalist adornments. Meanwhile, adopting easy-maintained wallpapers and covering makes the space aesthetic and functional. The versatile wall finishes allow the staff to manage daily cleansing in a breeze. 需求打光 精准检视髮型 Sufficient Illumination Enhances Viewing Hairdos 考量剪髮需要充足光线，工作区运用条灯、镜后的间接照明与可依客人座位调整位置的轨道灯，创造明亮作业环境，并顾及观看髮质、头髮造型所需，善加溷用黄白两色灯光，营造太阳光色的光源，以便顾客和髮型师准确检视不同髮型、色泽。 Considering the styling area requires adequate light for services, we strategically installed linear lights, indirect lighting behind mirrors, and adjustable track light fixtures to set up a brilliant workspace, allowing the staff to check hair conditions. Moreover, the balance of white and yellow lights creates a natural sunlight shade, enhancing the viewing experience for stylists and customers of various hairdos and luster. 轻度装修 巧排区域功能 Minimum Refurbishments & Nifty Area Functions 全案使用绿建材，且保留原有天花板和地面，仅因应洗头区的排水系统架高地坪，减少繁复装修耗费的资源，另基于业主将二楼设定为给整个家庭使用的VIP空间，善用原建筑窗边高低差形成之平台，规划供小朋友嬉戏等候的区域，让美髮中的家长也能随时看顾。 The project is applied with green building materials and complied with a minimum refurbishment. It economizes as much as possible by conserving the existing ceiling and flooring except elevating the wash area floor to adapt the drainage system. In addition, we exclusively designated the second floor for customers accompanied by family, and the window seat aligned with the widow height provides a play zone for young children as they are waiting. The thoughtful arrangement considerately satisfies the parent-customers taking care of their children.
外观 Exterior Facade 外观镘抹带有颗粒质感的纯白色特殊漆，入口装配可变换色彩的LED灯造型门框和全开清玻门，白天时以简约造型与框景予人素雅的第一印象，夜晚则藉亮眼的色光吸引过路人的目光。 The façade is finished with a clear glass door framed by changing-color LED lights and uniquely textured white wall paint. In the daytime, it delivers a minimalist style, while at night its appealing luminosity catches the eyes of passersby.
柜台 Reception Area 柜台嵌入木质平台提供客人暂放物品，后方的三角色块与层叠造型增添视觉层次，而旁侧的展示柜内藉木纹层板呼应「斜角」主轴，下方规划为茶水槽和茶点柜，便于员工接待来客。 An extended wood panel design provides customers with a drop space. On the back of the counter, the geometric shapes implement distinctive layering. Besides, the wood boards on the open shelving echo the slant feature. A small wet bar with cabinetry facilitates the staff's serving of tea and snacks to the customers.
一楼工作区 Workspace-The First Floor 一楼工作区利用原天花板只做铁灰色颜色变更，形塑现代俐落感，入门左侧置入澹金色的质感软装作为等待区，让候位服务的客人在此暂歇，深入内部，剪髮区后的柜子陈贴镜子，进一步增加反射面，邻接的洗头区减少上方直射灯光、设立饰有木条的长虹玻璃隔屏取代布帘，壁面则藉相同造型的木质元素相呼应，提升整体性。 On the 1st floor, the existing ceiling applied to a gray metal color sleekly shapes a modern interest. Pale golden furnishings on the left of the door accommodate a waiting zone. In the further room, the mirrored-front cabinet, behind the styling chairs, elevates reflective spaces. On the other hand, no direct lighting shines above the wash stations. In addition, an integral design applied with wood strips appears on the fluted glass partition and the wall.
二楼工作区 Workspace-The Second Floor 相较一楼，二楼天壁藉白色降低存在感，同时做完善隔音处理，避免上方住家的声响干扰营业环境，而壁面选用半圆镜面、深色木皮和豆沙色壁纸，透过和楼下相同配置却相异的选材，塑造多变而优雅的空间。 We skillfully adopt a white hue to finish the second floor's ceiling and walls to distinguish it from the first floor. Its soundproof construction of perfection reserves a quality business space from noises caused by the residence above. Moreover, the arch mirrors, dark wood panels, and grayish-pink wallpapers compose the same staging as downstairs but from various materials. Delicate sphere pendant lights elegantly greet guests, casting a gentle glow that enhances the serene ambiance. The exquisite stone-patterned flooring and richly textured dark wood walls create a sophisticated contrast, harmoniously blending modern elements with vintage charm. This graceful and welcoming environment evokes the allure of the bustling, enchanting Shanghai International Settlement, enveloping guests in a timeless and immersive experience. Paying homage to the rich tapestry of Cantonese cuisine and the evocative name Red Chamber, INK DESIGN SPACE's presiding designer Kathy Chien drew inspiration from the iconic literary chapter “The Night of the Grand Feast in the Happy Red Court” in Dream of the Red Chamber. This scene, filled with laughter and mingling guests, seamlessly merges with the old Shanghai style and diverse cultures, characterized by dim, ambient lighting that delicately accentuates traditional Chinese elements such as wood veneers, rattans, and intricately carved screens. These are gracefully paired with molding, titanium-plated ironworks, and an array of light fixtures, creating a luxurious banquet setting that embodies a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western aesthetics. This design invites guests to immerse themselves in the vibrant experience of 1920s Shanghai, while the eclectic mix of materials symbolizes the restaurant’s dedication to innovating nostalgic cuisine. 设计手法　Design Techniques 巧运软装 形塑百变风貌 Crafting Versatile Ambiances Through Skillful Soft Furnishing 本案採用团队过去少用的软装核心设计，藉由佈置迥异材质、花纹的家具软件、装饰画作、图样壁纸，实现復古上海风兼容并蓄的多样艺韵，搭配各场域皆异的造型主灯、周围可多段式调节的照明，构筑早期室内灯光微暗的质感享食情境。 This project introduces a core soft furnishing design rarely used by the team, artfully arranging various furnishings with contrasting materials, patterns, and decorative elements. This approach brings to life the eclectic artistic essence of the old Shanghai style, harmoniously blending diverse influences. Complementing this are unique statement light fixtures in each area, paired with adjustable ambient lighting, creating a dining environment that evokes the subtle, dimly lit interiors of the early 20th century. 思量需求 安排适切动线 Thoughtful Consideration of Requirements and Flow 考量外场接待迎宾、内场出餐所需，分别规划员工、饭店客人和办公室商务通道三条动线，避免服务生出入厨房时与宾客入座路径冲突，同时顾及内部酒吧开张时段，入夜后可将通往共享办公室的路线关闭，仅保留一处访客出入口，提升餐厅整体安全性。 Considering the needs of front-of-house reception and back-of-house service, three carefully planned pathways offer smooth flow: one for staff, one for hotel guests, and one for business office access. This thoughtful arrangement prevents conflicts between servers entering the kitchen and guests finding seats. Additionally, the design accommodates the bar’s operational hours by enabling the closure of the route to the shared office space at night, leaving a single entrance for guests, thereby significantly enhancing the overall security of the restaurant. 重视环保 延循旧有硬装 Emphasizing Sustainability with Retained Hard Furnishings 此案保留案场原有的隔间、地坪及平面天花板等硬体装潢，降低重新装修造成的材料耗损和废料产生，改以软装为主的手法也利于日后因应饭店内装更动、时代潮流变迁，仅需更新软件摆设即可轻鬆营造崭新氛围，达至环保永续的目的。 We preserved the existing partitions, flooring, and flat ceilings to minimize material waste and reduce the environmental impact of this renovation project. By focusing primarily on soft furnishing, the design allows for effortless updates in response to changes in the interior design or evolving trends, requiring only the replacement of soft furnishings to create a refreshing, welcoming ambiance. This approach aligns with the principles of environmental sustainability and long-term conservation.
柜台 Reception Counter 甫入餐厅，拼接金属边线和石纹的木质柜台立于玄色大理石地坪，予以访客们洗鍊大气的现代印象，一旁深色线凋木板则悬挂水墨花景画作，和对侧镂空的线纹屏风相应，为此处汇入典雅的中式美学。 Upon entering the restaurant, a refined reception desk crafted from rich wood, adorned with metal trims and stone accents, welcomed the guests, all set against the luxurious backdrop of black marble flooring that exudes contemporary sophistication. Adjacent to the reception, dark wood panel molding showcases an exquisite ink-wash floral painting, while an openwork screen on the opposite side artfully integrates elements of classical Chinese elegance.
开放用餐区 Seating Area 用餐区选配古典绒布沙发及质朴藤编单椅，佐以包覆木皮的圆柱，共组东西相融的溷搭调性，并以天壁环形灯具围塑此异文化交汇的空间，加之吧檯区復古格栅及彷古镜面，筑出上海夜生活中各方雅士交杯畅谈的灿烂意象。 The seating area presents a sophisticated fusion of classic velvet sofas and rustic rattan chairs, all anchored by wooden-clad columns that effortlessly blend Eastern and Western aesthetics. A circular ceiling light fixture gracefully illuminates the space, accentuating the convergence of diverse cultural elements. In the bar area, vintage grille doors and antique mirrors further evoke the vibrant allure of Shanghai’s historic nightlife, where intellectuals once gathered to socialize and exchange ideas.
包厢区 Private Room 包厢内部以绿植图样壁纸、细腻木纹地坪和东方传统圆桌，搭配雅緻的新古典软装、造型灯具，延续餐厅整体的老上海情调，且透过于壁面陈贴裱布、软包等吸音材质，兼顾内部谈话隐私及宁谧用餐环境；此外，包厢内独立盥洗室拼贴墨绿人字型壁砖和蓝白花地砖，缀点金框挂镜、同色水龙头，令小空间也满盈低调精緻的雅韵。 In the private dining room, the design seamlessly integrates Oriental charm with modern sophistication. The space features wallpaper adorned with delicate botanical motifs, wood-patterned flooring, and a traditional round dining table, all complemented by elegant neo-classical soft furnishings and a striking statement lighting fixture. These elements uphold the restaurant’s overarching old Shanghai aesthetic while creating a serene and private dining environment, further enhanced by sound-absorbing materials such as upholstered wall panels. 【实创设计 赖姿伊】暮夜薄云润明月 星点稀晖渲澈境
热爱毛孩的屋主一家，养了4隻狗狗，为了让他们能在家中自由活动，且维护环境，实创设计 赖姿伊 设计总监 特别选用耐磨材料，亦方便清洁保养。并因应风水需求及实际考量，将客、餐厅空间重新配置，透过开放式动线，使视野及採光具通透性，虚实相融串连场域。
本文由OPEN編輯部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 灰白相间，如暮夜云层，衬映出月光壁饰；石材纹理，橘色软装，相偕间接灯源，调配笔墨浓澹，构筑一幅水墨画卷——风扬月至，云润星晖，空间如画。透过现代笔触，点染古风色料，随类赋彩层层渲染，为屋主一家勾勒轩朗屋宇。 热爱毛孩的屋主一家，养了4隻狗狗，为了让他们能在家中自由活动，且维护环境，实创设计 赖姿伊 设计总监 特别选用耐磨材料，亦方便清洁保养。并因应风水需求及实际考量，将客、餐厅空间重新配置，透过开放式动线，使视野及採光具通透性，虚实相融串连场域。 White clouds scudded across the night sky, artfully casting the moonlight. The interwoven gray-white color palette of marble texture, coupled with orange-tinge furnishing and indirect illumination, depicts an ink-wash painting via thick and thin forms. The slight wind sweeps through, and the bright moon shines on a starry night, laying out an elegant picture. Brilliantly bring out the light and shade in this residence, adding a dash of classical colors with the modern brushwork. Joy Lai Design's design director Lai Chih Yi specifically exploits abrasion resistance furniture for the homeowner and his family, who are pet lovers, allowing their four dogs to roam free and easy for the owner to clean it withal. Considering good Feng Shui and practical purpose, we reconfigure the living and dining rooms to create an open floor plan. And agreeably connect rooms through a sense of openness and flow. 设计手法 Design Techniques 石纹板材 形塑灰质立面表情 The marble texture forms gray surfaces with varied effects 为满足屋主对灰色调的喜爱，并防止空间流于晦暗，因此我们选择用石纹美耐板，搭配间接光源设置，调和视域亮度，呈显不同立面表情；其材质兼具耐高温、高压及防刮等特性，也能容易的做清洁保养，因此大篇幅的运用在牆壁、柜体、桌面上，清浅灰白纹理融于一室，形塑水墨基底，柔化空间视觉。 We artfully finish the laminate flooring with marble texture to satisfy the homeowner's taste for gray tinge. And install indirect illumination to harmonize indoor lighting and banish somber spaces. The low-maintenance flooring is easy to clean and will resist high temperature, high pressure, and abrasion; thence, we extensively exploit the materials for walls, cabinets, and tables. Gently bring an ink-wash room with interwoven gray-white features. 动线选材 打造宠物友善空间 Create a pet-friendly space with a smooth moving flow and apposite select materials 宠物之于屋主而言，就像家人一样，为确保萌宠们的安全性及活动空间，因此为其收整公领域线条，减少阻隔碰撞。大比例的运用耐磨防刮材质，让狗狗们能自在玩耍，同时方便屋主维护及清洁，打造一处主人与毛孩，舒心共处的友善环境。 Pets are part of the family members for the homeowner. We successfully arranged the moving flow of the shared area to ensure their safety and enough dog-play space. Widely exploit abrasion resistance furniture that makes cleaning effortless while free-roaming dog playing in the house. Realize a homely and comfortable place for both the owner and furry friends. 风水需求 重新划设公私领域 Reconfigure the shared and private areas for great Feng Shui 因应风水考量，将公、私领域位置对调，把大部分的採光留给卧室及休憩区。而为避免光线过于遮蔽，因此破除室内隔间，仅透过低矮的沙发背牆，隐然划分区域性质，保留光源及视线的穿透性，让日光能在家中恣意流动。而客、餐厅即辅以间接灯源与吸顶灯，增加灯光的使用弹性，不论是家人围聚观赏影剧，或宾客来访用餐，都能获得舒适的氛围。 From the consideration of Feng Shui, we switched the position of the shared and private areas, leaving the most natural light for the bedroom. Then we skillfully remove the partition to create a more open sightline. As a substitute for the partition, the waist-height sofa back wall not only provides a divider for the space but also leaves a clear view for daylight to filter through. Moreover, we cleverly install the ceiling light and indirect illumination in the living and dining rooms, adding flexible settings to the light fixture. Present an inviting ambiance for family gatherings or friend visits.
客厅 Living Room 受限于大梁深度，天花板的高度较显低矮，因此客厅的设计重点，落在场域的视觉延伸。我们将电视牆以ㄇ字型包覆，向后退缩拉长视距，并运用线条错位手法，嵌入间接灯源，澹化空间压迫感，围塑宽敞舒适的氛围。旁侧加设隔板划设神龛，立面线条与电视牆收束齐整，悄然相融且不显突兀。一改传统的实体供桌形式，我们在神龛檯面下方做一抽板，方便屋主摆放供品祭祀使用，兼具美观及实用机能。 The design theme of the living room is to visually enlarge the space because of the low ceiling with beams. We install the partition at both sides and back of the wall to increase viewing distance. And ingeniously inlay indirect lighting to make it feel less oppressive and cramped, performing a roomy and unwinding vibe. On the other side of the partition, we arrange a shrine with a cohesive design that perfectly integrates with the TV wall. Moreover, shrewdly attached a pullout panel to replace the traditional altar table, which is favorable for the homeowner to worship and gives an elegant perception.
餐厅 Dining Room 为改善餐区格局比例，我们设置两道灰玻，放大场域视觉，搭配浅灰色系家居，整体空间感受更显轻盈透亮。后方柜体悬空而设，下方提供给屋主放置扫地机器人，檯面上方则摆放咖啡机与花器，将使用频率高的机能融汇于此。而牆面一侧则简易设计层架，让女主人的藏品能予以展示，生活裡围绕着的，都是喜欢的事物。 We artfully decorate two gray-tinted glasses to create the illusion of more space, coupled with the light-gray-tinge setting, bringing a lightweight and concise look and visually refurbishing the layout of the dining area. Behind the dining table, deliberately install a wall-mounted cabinet. Leave the space for the homeowner to place a charging base of the robot vacuum below and display the coffee maker and flower vases on the countertop, perfectly bringing a well-functioning nook. Additionally, we meticulously set up open shelves on the wall beside the dining table, allowing the female owner to demonstrate her personal items. What a joy of life surrounded by all the things you like!
主卧 Master Bedroom 延续公领域的灰质调性，主卧室在牆面、柜体、帘幕上，皆选用深浅不一的灰质调做配比。在得知屋主是花莲人，离乡背井北漂后，又辗转长驻大陆工作，因此我们以「月亮」为发想——寄予《静夜思》诗句中：「床前明月光，低头思故乡」的思乡之情，为其设计了一轮形为明月的夜灯，亦作为主卧的艺术端景，与灰幕相融，围构一幅月色光景。 We agreeably utilize different shades of gray arrangements to correspond to the color scheme of the shared area. During the communication process, we found out that the homeowner left his hometown Hualien, came to work in Taipei, and then moved to China for a long time. Therefore, we meticulously decorate a moon night lamp that can pretty well indicate his nostalgia. The main idea of ''Moon'' is developed from the poem-Quiet Night Thoughts, which goes, ''The bright moonlight shining before the bed, lowering my head, I dream that I'm home. '' Realize an aesthetic moonlit scene with a composed gray sky behind.
小孩房 Youngman's bedroom 屋主的孩子已是大学生，对书本收纳的需求度高，因此为其设计开放式层架，方便容纳更多书籍并随手取用。为避免增加空间负担，我们将书桌结合柜体，减去床头柜设置，以隐藏式把手门片取代床头板，提供更充足的休憩空间。窗帘部分选用风琴帘，使上轨能透出日光，下轨能遮蔽窗景，兼顾採光需求及隐私考量；其中空结构拥有绝缘保温的良好特性，无形中亦达到环保节能的效果。 The kid is now an undergraduate and with a high demand for the bookshelf. Thence, we present the room with open shelves to facilitate him to place more books and pick them handily at any time. Moreover, instead of the nightstand, we cleverly combine cabinets with the study desk and install doors with an invisible handle that serves as the headboard, bringing sufficient space for relaxing. We select honeycomb shades that ensure enough daylight to gleam through the upper part and provide private benefits with the bottom. 弘光科技大学于8月28日举办的「人宠健康照护产业合作交流会」，是该校携手宠物科技业界发起的「智慧宠居发展计画」重要一环。设计总监许捷甯受邀出席该活动，其不仅具备台湾大学兽医学研究所硕士的背景，更曾在国防医学院实验动物中心和全国动物医院担任兽医师，积累丰富的临床经验。许总监将自身兽医专业知识与室内设计相结合，深入浅出地阐述将室内设计融入宠物日常生活的创新理念，为与会者描绘未来宠物友善住宅的蓝图。
